- “Personal data” or “Data” means any information about the User whose identity has been identified or whose identity can be directly or indirectly identified (the Data subject);
- “Regulation” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
- “Services” means all the Services provided by the DappRadar on the Website;
- “User” or “you” or “your”, refers to you, as a user of the Services. A user is someone who accesses or uses the Services for the purpose of sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, uploading information or viewing pictures and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Services;
- “Website” means the internet website of DappRadar, the address of which is https://dappradar.com.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT FROM OUR USERS?
- DappRadar may collect and use Data of and regarding its Users. We collect only Data which is essential to our operations and enables us to provide you with a better user experience.
- The Data, through which the person may be identified, may include Data, which the User voluntarily enters, uses or provides when using the Services of the DappRadar Website. DappRadar collects and uses the Data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The Data we collect on or through our Services may

- Account Data: email address and/or social media user ID and/or wallet address(es), wallet portfolio information, picture (if provided), IP address from which account was registered and device used, date of registration. We process this Data to provide you with our Service. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation);
- Contact Data: your contact Data, such as email address and other ways of communication. We collect this Data to provide you with access to certain features of our Services, to provide you with relevant information concerning your use of our Services, including but not limited to updates of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The processing of this Data is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6.1(b) of the Regulation). When we contact you to inform you about Services and products offered by or through the Website, to send you our newsletter, to inform you on other topics we think you might find of interest or contact you for other direct marketing purposes, we process your Contact Data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
- Preferences: your preferences and settings such as time zone and language, newsletter preferences. We collect this Data to enhance your user experience. Your consent is the basis for processing of this Data (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
- Searches and other activities: the search terms you have looked up and the results you selected. We collect this Data to improve your user experience and provide you with more relevant Content and Services. The processing of this Data is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest to improve your experience on the Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
- Browsing Data: internet protocol (IP) address, the access device used, the browser used, demographic Data, number of visits, the pages viewed on the Website, the time spent on the Website and other Data associated with the behaviour of the User on the Website, information on how long you used our Services, which features you used. We collect this Data to analyse the behaviour of our Users and improve our Services, perform Website administration and troubleshooting. The processing of this Data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interest to improve your experience on the Website and ensure its security (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). When we collect this Data through not necessary cookies (as described in section 6.4. below), we process it based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
- Communications: between you and DappRadar support staff regarding the Services or other inquiries. We collect this Data to monitor the quality of our support staff and your communications with us. The processing of this Data is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interest in managing your inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
- Transactional Data: if you make payments or purchases through our Services, we may collect and store Data to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions. The processing of this Data is necessary for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation);
- Location Data: we may collect Data about your location if you have instructed your mobile device or computer to send such Data via the privacy settings on that mobile device or computer. We may use the location Data collected to enhance your use of the Services by providing you with relevant Content and contextual advertising. The processing of this Data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interest to improve your experience on the Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
- In cases where the basis for Data processing is the performance of or entering into a contract (as described in point 3.3 above), the provision of Data is a contractual requirement or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. If you do not provide this Data, we will not be able to provide our Services to you.
- Aggregated information, and information that does not personally identify you, may be used in other ways. For example, DappRadar may combine information about your usage patterns on the Website with similar information obtained from other Users to help enhance our Website and Services (e.g., to learn which pages are visited the most or what features Users find the most attractive). This information does not include any information about you and does not allow anyone to identify you individually.

- DappRadar undertakes to store the User’s Personal data for a period specified in the applicable laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and/or this Privacy Policy, but not longer than is required by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania or pursuant to this Privacy Policy to achieve the goals of Data processing.
- We will retain your Data processed for direct marketing purposes (as described in section 3.3.2. above) for a period of maximum 3 /three/ years or until you withdraw your Consent.
- Cookie-related Data retention periods are provided in the table in part 6 below. For not necessary Cookies, your Data will be stored as described in the table or until you withdraw your Consent.
- We will retain the other Data, described in part 3, for a period of maximum of 5 /five/ years, or less if it is no longer necessary for the provision of the DappRadar Services to you.
- After the expiry of the described periods, we undertake to delete any Data we have collected from you.
